At Mollucas, every piece is made with intention — designed to feel right, not just look right.
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected.
This policy is here to ensure every concern is handled clearly and fairly, wherever you are.
1. Eligibility for Return / Refund
You may request a return or refund if:
- The item received is damaged or defective
- The item received is incorrect
- The item is damaged during shipping
Requests must be submitted within:
- 3 days after delivery (Indonesia)
- 5 days after delivery (International orders)
Required documents:
- Full unboxing video (no cuts)
- Clear photos of the product
- Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice)
2. Product Condition
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused
- Returned in complete original packaging (frame, lenses, case, cloth, box, etc.)
- No signs of wear or misuse
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible:
- Custom prescription lenses (including single vision, cylinder, progressive, etc.)
- Used products
- Damage caused by improper use
4. Resolution Options
After verification, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement (subject to availability)
- Store credit
- Full refund (if replacement is not possible)
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the issue is caused by Mollucas → we cover all shipping costs
- If not → customer is responsible for return shipping
For international returns:
- Customer is responsible for custom duties, taxes, and return shipping fees, unless the issue is from our side

7. Important Notes (International Orders)
- Delivery times may vary depending on destination country
- Mollucas is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
- Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer
