Every Mollucas piece is prepared with care — from the moment it leaves our hands to when it reaches yours.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within:
- 1–2 business days for frame-only orders
- 2–5 business days for orders with prescription lenses
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.
2. Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)
Estimated delivery time:
- 2–5 business days depending on location
Shipping is handled by trusted courier partners.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.
3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Estimated delivery time:
- 5–10 business days depending on destination country
Please note:
- Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance
- Delays outside our control may occur
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Shipping method
- Order weight
Promotions with free shipping may be available during selected periods.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
For international orders:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
- These charges are not included in the product or shipping price
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- A link to monitor your shipment

7. Shipping Issues
If you experience any of the following:
- Delayed delivery
- Lost package
- Damaged package upon arrival
Please contact us within 3–5 days after delivery.
We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Mollucas is not responsible for:
- Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
